Our Beers
We create beers for the Dunsborough lifestyle – thirst quenchers sure to satisfy after a day spent surfing, sightseeing, chasing fish in the bay or soaking up the serenity.
Poured fresh from the taps, our sessionable beers combine crowd-pleasing flavours with our own little twist. The core range included Dunsy Draught and El Chapo for the lager lovers, while our Hazy Pale and Pale Ale are delightfully balanced hoppy numbers.
And there are even more bevvies that come out of our brewhouse. Our Ginger Beer is laced with a real spicy kick offset by a squeeze of citrus, and our Hard Lemon is a refreshing adults-only riff on the traditional pub squash.
Expect plenty of surprises and special drops to come from our Head Brewer, Ryan. He has been on the tools for 17 years and loves playing around with different flavour combos to create experimental brews unlike anywhere else.
El Chapo
4.2% ABV. A Mexican style Lager using flaked corn for a dry, clean finish. Kick back, relax and enjoy with a slice of lime.
Dunsy Draught
4.5% ABV. A classic Aussie Ale. Clean simple flavours, perfectly balanced malt and hops. A beer for Dunsborough!
Session IPL
3.8% ABV. Made blending local Mallokup malts with Vic Secret hops. This creates a light and dry lager with a distinct tropical fruit twist.
Pale Ale
5.2% ABV. Three specialty malts combined with three New Zealand hops. Flavours of pine and citrus in a classic American style Pale.
Hazy Pale
4.5% ABV. Dry but sweet, lightly hazed. A balanced blend of bitterness and flavour to really quench the thirst. Flavours of peach, pineapple and citrus.
Ginger Beer
4.0% ABV. Packed full of ginger for a real bite. A hint of lemon delivers plenty of zing and zest.
Hard Lemon
4.0% ABV. A traditional pub squash with a kick! Sweet and refreshing, perfect reviver after a morning at the beach.
